Tax Authority Integrations
Video guide: Tax Authority Integrations
On this page
Tax integration overview
Which authorities appear depends on your business’s registered country. In Pakistan you see FBR/PRA/SRB/KPRA; in Saudi Arabia, ZATCA. Once configured, every sale is fiscalised in the background.
| Authority | Covers | Region |
|---|---|---|
| FBR | Sales tax on goods | Pakistan (federal) |
| PRA | Sales tax on services | Punjab |
| SRB | Sales tax on services | Sindh |
| KPRA | Sales tax on services | Khyber Pakhtunkhwa |
| ZATCA | VAT e-invoicing | Saudi Arabia |
Registration & credentials configuration
- Register with the relevant authority and obtain your credentials/POS ID.
- Open Settings → Tax Integration and choose the authority.
- Enter your credentials and POS ID (or token) for that authority.
- Save and test — a test invoice confirms the connection.
Invoice submission, QR & digital invoice
On each sale, the invoice is submitted and the receipt prints the authority invoice number and a QR code customers can verify. The fiscal authority name and QR appear on receipts across web, desktop and mobile.
Integration status, failed invoices & resend
Each sale shows its submission status. If a submission fails (network/authority issue), you can Resend it. The Tax Compliance Dashboard tracks per-customer submission status and KPIs, deriving status from the authority response codes.
Tax logs & troubleshooting
Every submission, success code, failure and resend is logged (see Audit). For specific errors, see Tax invoice failed in Troubleshooting.
