Tax integration overview

Which authorities appear depends on your business’s registered country. In Pakistan you see FBR/PRA/SRB/KPRA; in Saudi Arabia, ZATCA. Once configured, every sale is fiscalised in the background.

Registration & credentials configuration

  1. Register with the relevant authority and obtain your credentials/POS ID.
  2. Open Settings → Tax Integration and choose the authority.
  3. Enter your credentials and POS ID (or token) for that authority.
  4. Save and test — a test invoice confirms the connection.
Enter the POS ID exactly as issued. Some authorities require a numeric POS ID; others (e.g. KPRA) use a string.

Invoice submission, QR & digital invoice

On each sale, the invoice is submitted and the receipt prints the authority invoice number and a QR code customers can verify. The fiscal authority name and QR appear on receipts across web, desktop and mobile.

Integration status, failed invoices & resend

Each sale shows its submission status. If a submission fails (network/authority issue), you can Resend it. The Tax Compliance Dashboard tracks per-customer submission status and KPIs, deriving status from the authority response codes.

Tax logs & troubleshooting

Every submission, success code, failure and resend is logged (see Audit). For specific errors, see Tax invoice failed in Troubleshooting.

Developers: the TaxBridge API

Building your own software? TaxBridge is our unified API to integrate FBR, PRA, SRB and KPRA through one endpoint. See the TaxBridge platform.

Frequently asked questions

How do I integrate FBR with my POS?
Register with FBR to get your POS ID/token, then in Settings → Tax Integration choose FBR, enter your credentials and POS ID, save and test. Each sale is then submitted automatically with a QR on the receipt.
Why don’t I see PRA/SRB/KPRA options?
They appear only when your business’s registered country is Pakistan. Set the correct country in Business information.
A tax invoice failed — what do I do?
Open the sale and use Resend. Check your credentials/POS ID and internet. Failures are logged; the Tax Compliance Dashboard shows overall status.
What is the difference between FBR and PRA/SRB/KPRA?
FBR handles sales tax on goods federally; PRA, SRB and KPRA handle sales tax on services in Punjab, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa respectively.
