Install & log in

Install the Sum Cloud POS app from Google Play or the App Store, then log in with your account. Select your branch to load the catalogue.

Sell & print from mobile

Ring up sales with items, variants, modifiers and recipes, take payment, and print to a Bluetooth/Wi-Fi thermal printer (ESC/POS). Post-sale receipts show the fiscal authority name and QR where tax integration is on.

Manage items, inventory & reports

Create and edit items (including HS/PCT and VAT), manage stock, and view reports and a dashboard on the go. The mobile app mirrors much of the web back office.

Bookings, stock audit & more

Depending on your business type and modules: take appointment bookings (salon/clinic/studio/hotel), run a barcode stock audit, manage users and roles, and use rules & discounts. Sale returns and purchase returns are supported.

Which server the mobile app uses

The mobile app connects to the liveposapi host. If a brand-new feature isn’t appearing, the live API may need the latest backend deployed. See Troubleshooting.
