How to ask a question
- Open the AI Assistant.
- Type a question in plain language, e.g. “Show daily sales this month” or “Top 10 items by profit”.
- The assistant answers with a summary, a chart and/or a table.
- Refine by asking a follow-up, or export the result to Excel.

Accuracy & data safety
The assistant only ever reads your company’s data — strict tenant isolation ensures one business can never see another’s figures. Answers are generated from your live POS database, and a SQL panel shows exactly what was queried for transparency.
Profit uses the recorded cost of goods sold, so margin answers reflect real costs, not list prices.
