Payments, receivables & payables

Receivables are customer balances (udhaar); payables are supplier balances. Record payments to reduce either, and see the outstanding totals at a glance.

Customer & supplier ledgers

Each customer and supplier has a running ledger of sales/purchases and payments. See Customer ledger and Supplier ledger.

Financial reports

Expense reports, profit reports and finance dashboards (including invoice PDFs, billing-period selection and upcoming renewals for your subscription) give the financial picture. See Reports.
