Step 0

Who Must Register with SRB

Under the Sindh Sales Tax on Services Act 2011, any person providing taxable services in Sindh must register with the Sindh Revenue Board. The Second Schedule of the Act lists the taxable services -- the most common ones for our customers:

Restaurants and eateries
Hotels and guest houses
Marriage halls and lawns
Caterers
Beauty parlours and salons
Clubs and cafes

Selling goods (retail, grocery, electronics)? That is FBR jurisdiction -- see our FBR Integrated POS page instead.

Create eSRB Account

Visit the eSRB Taxpayer Facilitation Portal at e.srb.gos.pk and choose e-Registration then New e-Registration. Enter CNIC, mobile and email to create your login.

2
Enter Business Details

Fill in trade name, business address, nature of services (select your service category from the Second Schedule), start date and bank details.

3

Registration is the start -- these continue every month, and your POS should automate them

Issue Compliant Invoices

Every sale needs an invoice showing your SNTN and the tax charged, reported to SRB electronically.

File Monthly Returns

Sindh Sales Tax returns are filed monthly on the eSRB portal with payment of tax due. Your POS report should match exactly.
